Since JACCS' establishment in 1954, based on its founding philosophy of "Trust is the basis for all," and underpinned by strong belief that acting in good faith forms the cornerstone of all our activities, JACCS has built trust and reliability by earnestly engaging with its customers while continuously responding to each individual's lifestyle needs. With that trust and reliability as its foundation, the Company has grown such businesses as credit, credit card and payments, and financing, and in recent years has developed overseas operations centering on countries in the ASEAN region. As a consumer finance company, we have achieved steady growth.

Looking back at last year, our three-year medium-term business plan, "Do next!", was launched. We positioned the period from 2025 to 2027 as a three-year period to challenge ourselves with "transformation" and "renewed growth" through expanded collaboration with the MUFG Group, and embarked on new initiatives.

In 2026, with further interest rate hikes by the Bank of Japan and further digital transformation of society and services anticipated, the environment surrounding our company is expected to change significantly. We must accelerate group collaboration while responding quickly and flexibly to these environmental changes.

The JACCS Group has reached the milestone of 70 years since its founding, and our commitment to consistently focusing on our customer' needs while contributing to the realization of "a future inspired by dreams and an affluent society" is unwavering from the time of the Company's establishment. In the future, we will work to perceptively adapt to evolving needs and continue to provide products and services that offer a high degree of convenience while building connections to the lifestyle of each individual. Furthermore, we will work vigorously through the JACCS Group's business activities daily to help realize for all our stakeholders "a future inspired by dreams and an affluent society."
