Initiatives for paperless operations
JACCS is taking various measures to reduce the amount of paper used in its business activities, such as going paperless for meeting materials and proposals for business partners, double-sided copying, and thorough implementation of 2-in-1 printing. In fiscal 2024, in order to further reduce CO2 emissions, we promoted the electronicization of paper-based screening processes. Specifically, we have eliminated the use of form output from the screening system (J-mage), digitized the guarantee consignment contract when applying for a home loan, and digitized various internal applications. Through these efforts, we will continue to reduce the amount of office paper and copy paper used across the company.
