The JACCS Group believes that diverse human resources recognizing, respecting, and enhancing each other's differences in values and backgrounds is essential for creating new corporate value and further growth, and aims to realize an environment where all employees can express their individuality and work vibrantly.

1. Basic Concept

The JACCS Group promotes an environment where employees can work vigorously and continue to produce results by respecting and accepting all diversity regardless of race, nationality, creed, religion, disability, family origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, health condition, etc. Furthermore, we believe that the growth of the JACCS Group comes from respecting the diverse values and ideas that each employee has, and allowing diverse human resources to maximize their individual abilities.

2. Scope of Application

This Policy applies to all officers and all employees of the JACCS Group.

3. Operation

Officers and employees shall deepen their understanding of DE&I and strive to build a practical system.

4. Education and Training

The JACCS Group will provide appropriate education and training to all officers and employees to ensure that the DE&I Basic Policy is incorporated into and established in business activities, and that this Policy is understood and effectively implemented.

5. Governance and Management System

To establish and promote internal governance and systems, we will establish and regularly hold a DE&I Promotion Committee.
In addition, activity evaluation and confirmation of important matters will be conducted by the Sustainability Committee and reported to the Board of Directors.

6. Disclosure

The JACCS Group will disclose its DE&I initiatives and their implementation status on its website and other media.
