Environmental Basic Policy
1. Purpose
This basic policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is established to promote the JACCS Group's recognition that the conservation and management of the global environment is an important common issue for humanity, and to work on corporate activities that consider reducing environmental impact and conserving resources with an eye to the future, and to contribute to the environmental conservation and management of society as a whole.
2. Basic Policy

1.The JACCS Group shall comply with environmental laws, ordinances, regulations, agreements, and applicable standards.

2.The JACCS Group shall always recognize the impact on the environment related to its business activities and strive to effectively use limited resources and reduce environmental impact.

3.We shall establish an internal system to promote environmental conservation and management, and actively promote education and awareness-raising activities.

4.We shall conduct public relations activities regarding environmental initiatives both internally and externally, and strive to build relationships of trust with stakeholders.
3. Action Guidelines
The JACCS Group will focus on the following items as priority issues among the environmental impacts related to business activities.

1.We will strive to reduce electricity consumption.

2.We will consider the environment in the purchase, consumption, and disposal of office supplies, including office paper.

3.We will promote waste reduction and recycling.

4.We shall establish an internal system to promote environmental conservation and management, and actively promote education and awareness-raising activities.

5.We will actively expand the provision of financial products and services that consider the environment.

6.As a corporate citizen, we will strive to coexist with the local community, cooperate with external environmental conservation and management activities, and support voluntary activities of employees.
4. Scope of Application
This Policy applies to JACCS, its affiliated companies, and related organizations.
5. Management and Operation of Environmental Conservation
Officers and employees shall deepen their understanding of environmental issues and strive to build an effective environmental conservation system.
6. Reporting
Important matters related to environmental issues of the JACCS Group shall be reported to the Sustainability Committee as appropriate.
7. Review
This Policy shall be reviewed regularly to enhance its effectiveness.
