Basic Policy on Sustainability

This basic policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") is established for the purpose of clarifying the policy regarding sustainability (realization of a sustainable society) in the JACCS Group, contributing to the resolution of social issues through business, and achieving sound and sustainable growth and medium to long-term corporate value improvement.

Under the management philosophy of "Contributing to the realization of a future inspired by dreams and an affluent society'," the JACCS Group aims to realize a sustainable society and increase corporate value by gaining the trust and reliability of stakeholders and contributing to the resolution of social issues through business activities.

This Policy applies to JACCS, its affiliated companies, and related organizations.

Officers and employees shall deepen their understanding of sustainability and strive to build an effective sustainability system.

Reports shall be made to the Board of Directors as appropriate regarding the response to sustainability issues including social and environmental problems of the JACCS Group.

This Policy shall be reviewed regularly to enhance its effectiveness.
