The JACCS Group has established a consultation window for human rights issues experienced by stakeholders including employees and customers, and has prepared a system to connect them to appropriate remedial responses.
Initiatives for Employees
Aiming to realize a workplace environment where people can continue to work with peace of mind and vitality, we have established a consultation window for human rights issues within the company. We respond to consultations through various means including interviews, telephone, and email, with consideration for anonymity and confidentiality of consultation content.
Initiatives for Customers
The JACCS Group has established a system to appropriately respond to opinions and complaints including human rights issues from stakeholders including customers, while ensuring confidentiality and anonymity. When it becomes clear that employees or the products and services we provide are causing negative impacts on human rights, we will work on remedial responses.
